青島能源集團千余名黨員干部職工深入50個社區為群眾解難題、辦實事

為(wei)深入貫(guan)徹落實(shi)(shi)黨史(shi)學習教育和(he)“我為(wei)群(qun)眾辦實(shi)(shi)事”實(shi)(shi)踐活(huo)動(dong),5月15日,青島能(neng)源集團開展(zhan)了“學黨史(shi)、見行動(dong),我為(wei)群(qun)眾辦實(shi)(shi)事”大(da)型服(fu)務為(wei)民進社區活(huo)動(dong),集團領導(dao)班子成員親(qin)自(zi)帶隊,分(fen)赴(fu)各會場指導(dao)工作,切實(shi)(shi)將“暖到家”服(fu)務送(song)上家門(men)、送(song)到心坎。市城市管理局、社區街(jie)道相關(guan)領導(dao)應邀出(chu)席(xi)活(huo)動(dong)。

此次活動(dong)是集團“我(wo)為(wei)群(qun)眾辦(ban)實事(shi)——強攻(gong)堅、補短板、提(ti)效(xiao)(xiao)能(neng)、優(you)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)”主題(ti)活動(dong)的(de)(de)重要內容之一(yi)(yi),結合推(tui)行的(de)(de)“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)管家進(jin)社(she)(she)區(qu)”、“社(she)(she)區(qu)吹哨、企(qi)業報到”機制,在全市共設(she)置21個(ge)(ge)會場(chang),組織1000余名黨員(yuan)干部職工(gong)走進(jin)50個(ge)(ge)社(she)(she)區(qu),面對(dui)面聽(ting)取廣(guang)大用(yong)戶(hu)對(dui)燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)、供熱(re)、便(bian)民(min)收費(fei)等(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)意見建議,零(ling)距離(li)為(wei)群(qun)眾提(ti)供“現場(chang)辦(ban)、登門辦(ban)、高效(xiao)(xiao)辦(ban)”的(de)(de)貼心服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)。為(wei)保(bao)障(zhang)活動(dong)成效(xiao)(xiao),集團堅持“統(tong)一(yi)(yi)部署、氣(qi)(qi)熱(re)一(yi)(yi)體、協同推(tui)進(jin)”,統(tong)籌安(an)排所在區(qu)域的(de)(de)供熱(re)、燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)、工(gong)程、便(bian)民(min)收費(fei)以及96566熱(re)線應急中心等(deng)單(dan)位(wei)、部門共同參(can)與(yu)(yu),并充分發(fa)揮能(neng)源(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)管家的(de)(de)協調(diao)作(zuo)用(yong),提(ti)前與(yu)(yu)各個(ge)(ge)社(she)(she)區(qu)溝通(tong)聯系,在269個(ge)(ge)社(she)(she)區(qu)微信群(qun)發(fa)布活動(dong)通(tong)知,吸引廣(guang)大用(yong)戶(hu)群(qun)眾前來享受優(you)質高效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)能(neng)源(yuan)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)。

活動(dong)現場,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)人員為(wei)群眾(zhong)講解(jie)(jie)(jie)燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)供熱(re)條例規范、燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)使用(yong)(yong)安全(quan)常識、用(yong)(yong)熱(re)設(she)(she)施保養知識,利用(yong)(yong)大屏(ping)幕循環播放(fang)燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)入(ru)(ru)(ru)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)安檢常識、灶具安全(quan)常識等宣傳片,并對老化膠管、不(bu)合規灶具實(shi)(shi)物進(jin)行展示(shi),推廣不(bu)銹鋼(gang)螺紋管等燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)安全(quan)設(she)(she)施設(she)(she)備(bei),工(gong)會志愿者、集團(tuan)青年(nian)突擊(ji)隊與群眾(zhong)進(jin)行有獎問答互動(dong),多項(xiang)舉措(cuo)使安全(quan)用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)宣傳更(geng)為(wei)直觀(guan)、更(geng)入(ru)(ru)(ru)人心。同時(shi),能源服務(wu)(wu)管家為(wei)居(ju)民(min)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)們現場解(jie)(jie)(jie)疑答惑,細(xi)致講解(jie)(jie)(jie)了(le)公共(gong)便(bian)民(min)服務(wu)(wu)事項(xiang)網辦步(bu)驟、智能燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)表的使用(yong)(yong)方式、“同企通辦”業(ye)務(wu)(wu)等,發放(fang)《意(yi)(yi)(yi)見(jian)征詢(xun)表》、《問卷調查(cha)》,主動(dong)詢(xun)問用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)見(jian)建議,調查(cha)了(le)解(jie)(jie)(jie)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)熱(re)點訴求和對服務(wu)(wu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的滿(man)意(yi)(yi)(yi)度(du),對需要入(ru)(ru)(ru)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)的事項(xiang)迅(xun)速反應,登門解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)裝修暖(nuan)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)施改造、老舊(jiu)管件更(geng)換、管道(dao)清洗(xi)等問題。此外,集團(tuan)還專(zhuan)門成立了(le)38支能源氣(qi)(qi)熱(re)攻堅服務(wu)(wu)專(zhuan)家團(tuan)隊,主動(dong)對接用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu),將服務(wu)(wu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)前置,重點安全(quan)檢查(cha)老舊(jiu)房屋用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、出租用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)、老年(nian)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)及(ji)其他特殊用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)的燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)施,通過入(ru)(ru)(ru)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)走訪,實(shi)(shi)地查(cha)看2021年(nian)供熱(re)攻堅用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)情況,分析原因并拿(na)出解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)方案。據統計,本次進(jin)社區累計參與用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)數近3900余(yu)(yu)(yu)人,發放(fang)宣傳資料5500余(yu)(yu)(yu)份(fen),發放(fang)意(yi)(yi)(yi)見(jian)征詢(xun)表1500余(yu)(yu)(yu)張,解(jie)(jie)(jie)答咨詢(xun)問題2200余(yu)(yu)(yu)次,入(ru)(ru)(ru)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)服務(wu)(wu)500余(yu)(yu)(yu)次,隱患整改100余(yu)(yu)(yu)處(chu),廣大社區用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)對集團(tuan)全(quan)方位的“一站式”服務(wu)(wu)給予了(le)一致認可與好評(ping)。

下一步,集(ji)(ji)團將(jiang)圍(wei)繞黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)學(xue)習教育,持續將(jiang)“我為群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)辦(ban)實(shi)事”實(shi)踐(jian)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)引(yin)向深入(ru)。一是開展服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)百日問題(ti)攻堅,根據供(gong)熱(re)季(ji)群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)來電(dian)(dian)訴求全(quan)面摸排情況(kuang)建立(li)了(le)群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)反映集(ji)(ji)中問題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)熱(re)質量(liang)問題(ti)整(zheng)改(gai)臺賬(zhang),結合(he)老舊管網(wang)改(gai)造、串改(gai)并等(deng)工作(zuo)對不達標(biao)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)800戶(hu)(hu)(hu)按戶(hu)(hu)(hu)施策,逐戶(hu)(hu)(hu)整(zheng)改(gai),為市(shi)民(min)提(ti)供(gong)高(gao)質量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)熱(re)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu);二(er)是持續梳(shu)理優化“用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)報(bao)裝(zhuang)”、“用(yong)(yong)熱(re)報(bao)裝(zhuang)”全(quan)流程(cheng)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)標(biao)準(zhun),將(jiang)用(yong)(yong)氣(qi)、用(yong)(yong)熱(re)報(bao)裝(zhuang)納入(ru)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)APP業務(wu)(wu)(wu)辦(ban)理功能(neng),從用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)咨詢到(dao)點火通氣(qi)、驗收通熱(re)實(shi)現全(quan)過程(cheng)電(dian)(dian)子化流轉,提(ti)高(gao)報(bao)裝(zhuang)便(bian)利度和透明度;三(san)是立(li)足市(shi)民(min)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)需求,在(zai)年(nian)內升(sheng)(sheng)級改(gai)造18個服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)站(zhan),探(tan)索水電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)暖合(he)作(zuo)模式,打(da)造線(xian)上線(xian)下“共享營業廳”,在(zai)市(shi)區研究推出預約服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、在(zai)線(xian)客服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)、窗口自助服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)等(deng)功能(neng),以“數字能(neng)源”引(yin)領“智慧生活(huo)(huo)”。同時(shi),集(ji)(ji)團還將(jiang)通過開展更(geng)多群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)喜聞(wen)樂見(jian)以及形(xing)式多樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),發動(dong)廣(guang)大黨(dang)員干部職工學(xue)史(shi)(shi)立(li)行(xing),在(zai)為民(min)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)中樹形(xing)象、促實(shi)干,在(zai)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)實(shi)踐(jian)中提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)群(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)幸福感、獲得感,以實(shi)際(ji)行(xing)動(dong)踐(jian)行(xing)“青島(dao)(dao)能(neng)源 讓生活(huo)(huo)更(geng)美好”的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫暖承(cheng)諾,為建設(she)宜居青島(dao)(dao)貢獻能(neng)源力量(liang)。
